Nyckelharpa course - Tobo (Sweden)

J'en ai touché un mot dans la page "biographie", mais sans détailler... Aujourd'hui toutefois, c'est officiel : je vais passer un an à étudier la nyckelharpa à l'Institut Eric Sahlström à Tobo, en Suède. Ce fut un choix difficile mais libérateur : me consacrer enfin pleinement à la musique (moi qui ai fait jusque là des études d'ingénieure) !

Le pays de Selma Lagerlöf et Linné m'accueille donc dès aujourd'hui pour une année entière. Au programme : cours de pratique musicale bien sûr, mais aussi histoire de la musique, quelques notions de réparation/entretien de l'instrument, et cours de danse ! Le tout en suédois. Yay !

I talked a bit about this in the page "biography" but without any details... However, today I can officially say : I will spend the coming year studying nyckelharpa at the Eric Sahlström Institute in Tobo, Sweden. It wasn't an easy choice but I now feel very confortable about that fact : I've decided to spend one entire year on music (imagine, I was following studies in engineering before !).

So the country of Selma Lagerlöf and Carl von Linne will be my home for an entire year. The program contains : musical practice of course, but also history of music, some trics about keeping the instrument in good health, and dance courses ! Everything in swedish : yay !
